
Jeff Meyers
President
Jeff has 29 years in computer products and network experience starting in a technical capacity and moving into sales and business development positions. His technical career started in Field Service and Application Engineering for remote terminal machines and computer peripheral products. From there he held Sales and Business Development positions at NEC and Hitachi until starting his own company.
Jeff has spent the last 16 months with Multicast Labs in business development activities validating the merits of the compression algorithm within the technical video community, and identifying the strengths and market segments on which to focus. He successfully negotiated a representation agreement with Rikei Corporation of Japan; a publicly traded company that has been in business for nearly 50 years representing American technologies to companies such as Sony, Panasonic, Sharp, NEC, and Fujitsu.
Vel Hogan
Vice President of Engineering
Vel received his Engineering education from the San Jose State University in 1977. Since then he has refined his expertise at Memorex, Storage Tech, DEC, Micropolis, and Quantum. He has over 30 years of experience in recording technology.
Vel became interested in refining and defining video compression while developing new performance characteristics for Digital Video Recording on a hard drive.
